电气施工图设计说明 一.建筑概况 本建筑为框架结构,功能分为:生产区、管理区和仓库区,生产区为二层,管理区为三层,仓库区为一层。仓库区内的装卸区为三层。层高:生产区:一层:5.5M;二层:6.25M;管理区: 4.0M ,4.25M(有吊顶及架空地板);仓库区:11.75M;总建筑面积:9129M2。 Design Specifications for Electric Constructional Drawings I Building profile This building is of frame structure, the functions of which can be divided into producing area, managerial area, and warehouse area. The producing area is two- story, three stories for the managerial area, and one story for the warehouse area. There is a three- story loading and unloading area inside the warehouse area. Story height: producing area: one story: 5.5 meters; second story: 6.25 meters; managerial area: 4.0 meters and 4.25 meters (with suspended ceiling and aerial floor board); warehouse: 11.75 meters; total constructional area: 9129 square meters. 二.设计依据: 《供配电系统设计规范》 (GB50052-95) 《工业与民用电力装置的接地设计规范》 (GBJ65-83) 《建筑设计防火规范》 (GBJ16-87 2001) 《低压配电设计规范》 (GB50054-95) 《建筑物防雷设计规范》 (GB50057-94) II Basis for Design “Design Specifications for Power Supply and Distribution System” (GB50052-95) “Design Specifications for Earthing for Industrial and Civil Power Installations” (GBJ65-83) “Specifications for Fire Control in Architectural Design” (GBJ16-87 2001) “Design Specifications for Low Voltage Distribution” (GB50054-95) “Lightning Protection Design Specifications for Buildings” (GB50057-94) 三.设计范围: 本工程设计范围包括:厂区总图界区内建筑物的低压供配电、照明、防雷及接地设计。 III Scope of Design Design for this project includes low voltage power supply, low voltage power distribution, lighting, lightning protection, and earthing design for buildings inside the overall factory area. 四.负荷等级:本工程为五金加工厂,一班工作制,用电设备主要为机加工、空调、照明及办公用电,根据 属于三级负荷。 IV Load Grade: This project is a hardware processing plant. Its working system is one shift. Equipments using power mainly are machine work, air conditioners, lighting, and office power utility. It belongs to a Grade III power load according to and . 五.电源状况:本工程的变电所设置在界区内的西北侧,其中包括10KV分界室及变配电室。低压配电室以放射供电方式向建筑物内各配电柜、配电箱供电。 V. Power Supply Situation: transformer station of this project is set at the northwest side of the factory area, of which there is a 10KV separation room and a power distribution and transformer room. The low voltage distribution room will supply power to all distribution cabinets and distribution boxes inside the building in the form of radiation. 六.供电方式 从变电所引出的电缆沿室外电缆沟内电缆支架直接引入建筑物内各配电箱、配电柜。从建筑物内各配电箱引出的线路分别采用电缆或导线沿电缆桥架或钢管敷设。道路照明电缆为铠装电缆直埋敷设。 VI Modes for Power Supply Cables introduced from the transformer station will be stretched directly to all distribution cabinets and distribution boxes inside the building along the cable bracket in the cable trench outdoors. Lines resulted from all distribution boxes inside the building shall respectively adopt cables or conducting wires that are arranged along the cable viaducts or steel pipes. Cables for road lighting are armored cables directly buried. 七.防雷与与接地 按GB50057-94,本工程的主建筑物为第三类防雷建筑物,为防直击雷,在建筑物屋面装设避雷网,屋面避雷网格不大于20MX20M,避雷网通过引下线接至防雷接地装置。 金属屋面直接接地,引下线利用柱内主筋。并在地面附近装设检测卡。 VII Lightning Protection and Earthing According to provisions of GB50057-94, main building of this project is a Grade III lightning-proof building. In order to avoid direct lightning, a lightning-proof network is set on the roofing of the building. The mesh of the lightning-proof network shall be no larger than 20mX20m, and this network shall be connected to lightning-proof earthing device via down lead. Metal roofing shall be earthed, and the down lead shall utilize main reinforcement inside post. Inspection card shall also be installed around on the surface. 为防雷电感应,在建筑物内设备、管道、构件等金属物应就近接至防雷接地装置。建筑物内的电子设备按规范要求设至雷电磁脉冲保护装置。安装高度低于2.4米的灯具(其中包括泵房灯具)线路加PE线。 In order to avoid lightning induction, lightning-proof or earthing devices shall be installed near to such metals as equipments, pipelines, and structural members inside the building. All electronic equipments inside the building shall be in accordance with regulations to arrange lightning magnetism pulse protection devices. PE Line shall be added for lines of lighting fittings (include lighting fittings inside pump room) whose height for installation is less than 2.4 meters. 本工程低压系统为变压器中性点直接接地,采用TN-S系统。变压器中性点接地、电气设备外壳接地、防静电接地及防雷接地共用一个接地系统,并做等电位连接。其总接地电阻值要求不大于1欧姆。利用建筑物地梁内主筋做接地体,做重复接地,接地电阻≤1欧姆,并做总等电位联接,总等电位联接详见02D501-2 11-15页。 The low voltage system of this project is direct earthing at the neutral point of transformer and adopts the TN-S system. The neutral point of transformer, electronic equipment outer covering, static electricity, and lightning protection shall use one earthing system jointly, and be connected isopotentially. The overall earthing resistance shall be no more than 1 ohm. Main reinforcement inside ground beam of the building is used to earthing. Iterative earthing resistance is no more than 1 ohm. Furthermore, it shall conduct overall equipotential connection and the specific equipotential connection refers to 02D501-2 in page 11-15. 八.电力设计 8.1 配电系统 本工程全部为低压用电负荷,变电所低压配电室以放射供电方式向建筑物内配电柜、配电箱供电,再从各配电柜、配电箱引至各用电设备。照明负荷中的应急照明由灯具中蓄电池供电。 VIII Electric Design 8.1 Power Distribution System This project is low voltage load completely. The low voltage distribution room will supply power to all distribution cabinets and distribution boxes inside the building in the form of radiation, and then it is introduced to all power-consumed equipments from each distribution cabinets and distribution boxes. Emergency lighting for lighting load shall be supplied by storage batteries inside lighting fittings. 8.2 环境特征和设备选择及安装 本工程建筑物内主要分为办公区、机械加工区、仓库区、餐厅及展示区,均为正常环境。各区域内电气设备的选择及安装方式满足使用场所的环境要求。 8.2 Environmental Characteristics and Equipments Selection and Installation The building of this project can be mainly divided into office area, machinery processing area, warehouse area, dining hall, and exhibition area, all of which are in normal environment. The selection and installation modes for electronic equipments of each area shall be in accordance with the environmental requirements of location occupied. 8.3 导线、电缆选择及敷设方式 本工程导线采用BV-500V穿钢管敷设;电缆采用YJV-1000V,照明和动力干线沿电揽桥架引至各配电柜、配电箱,照明、插座支线如无特殊标注一律选BV-2.5 mm2导线,照明支线:管理区穿钢管暗敷于吊顶内,仓库区和生产区穿钢管沿楼板沿墙明敷。插座线路:管理区穿钢管暗敷于架空地板内。仓库区和生产区穿钢管沿楼板沿墙明敷。 8.3 Selection and Arrangement Modes for Conductive lines and Cables Conductive lines for this project all adopt BV-500V Line through steel pipes to pave. Cables adopt YJV-1000V. Main lines for lighting and dynamic force shall be stretch to each distribution cabinet and distribution box via the cable bracket. Except for special mark, any lighting and socket extensions shall adopt the conductive line of BV-2.5 mm2. Lighting extensions through the steel pipes inside the managerial area shall be concealed inside the suspended ceiling. Lighting extensions through the steel pipes inside the warehouse area and the producing area will be paved obviously along walls and floor slabs. Socket extensions through the steel pipes inside the managerial area shall be implicitly paved in aerial floors. Socket extensions through the steel pipes inside the warehouse area and the producing area will be paved obviously along walls and floor slabs. 8.4 本工程应用二次加热设备装于吊顶内,导线暗敷于吊顶内。 8.5 至屋顶设备配电柜内末级加隔离开关 8.6 所有用电设备> 15KW的,采用降压起动方式。 8.4 This project shall adopt secondary heating devices to be hanged on the suspended ceiling, and their conductive lines shall be concealed inside the suspended ceiling. 8.5 Switches are added for separation at the extreme end inside the distribution cabinet on the riffing. 8.6 All equipments that utilize power shall be larger than 15KW, and shall adopt the reduced-voltage starting mode. 九.照明系统及灯具 正常照明由普通电源供电;应急照明由灯具内蓄电池供电。应急照明主要设置在各通道口、疏散楼梯及重要的操作岗位,应急照明的照度为正常照度的5%,应急照明时间≥90min。正常照明灯具主要采用荧光灯,在仓库采用金属卤化物灯。所有照明灯具均采用手动控制。荧光灯及金属卤化物灯COSф=0.85。 IX. Illuminating system and light fixtures Normal illumination is powered by the ordinary current resource and the batteries inside the light fixtures power the emergent one. The emergent illuminations are mainly set on places such as each passage entrance, dispersal stairway, and some important executive posts. The emergent illumination intensity should be the 5% of the normal one and the time of it should be≥90min. The light fixtures of the normal illumination are radically fluorescent lamps and there are metal halide lamps instead when in the stores. All the illumination light fixtures should be hand controlled. The COSф of the fluorescent lamps and the metal halide lamps should be equal to 0.85. 十.电信 10.1 主要设计标准: 《工业企业通信设计规范》 (GBJ42-81) 《建筑与建筑群综合布线系统工程设计规范》 (GB/T50311-2000) 《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》 (GB50116-98) X Telecommunication 10.1 Primary design standards: Telecommunication Design Standards for Industry Enterprises (GBJ42-81) Engineering Design Standards for Integrated Routing System of Architectures and Architectural Complexes (GB/T50311-2000) Design Standards for Conflagration Automatic Alarm System (GB50116-98) 10.2 设计范围: 本工程设计范围包括厂区总图界区内的电话系统;数据通讯系统;对讲系统;及火灾报警及联动系统。 10.3 电话系统 本项目需要49门电话,考虑今后电话机容量的扩充,一台60门的交换机180对的配线架将安装在通讯设备室,中继线为双向传输方式,中继线引自界区东北角的市局电话电缆。交换机由交流220V供电,同时随机附带可维持4小时的蓄电池,交换机的接地端子与建筑物的接地系统连接,接地电阻小于1欧姆。 10.2 Design Range The design range of this engineering includes the telephone system, digital telecommunication system, interphone system, and conflagration automatic alarm and linked system inside the bound of the form in the general chart. 10.3 Telephone System This program needs 49 telephones, and a 60-line exchanger when considering the future expand of the capacity of the telephone sets. A 180 pairs of distributing frames should be fixed in the telecommunication equipment room. The connecting line should be bi-directional transmitting and is led in from the cable of the telecommunication station on the north east of the form. The exchanger is powered with a 220V alternating current and is fixed with a battery to supply 4 hours emergent power. The earth end of the exchanger is connected with the earth system of the architectures and the electrical resistance should be less than 1 Ohm. 10.4 综合布线系统 综合布线系统由设在一层办公区电气室的主配线架、设在西区一层的分配线架、光缆及五类屏蔽电缆组成。主配线架与分配线架之间通过光缆连接。配线系统由5类线及电话、数据、电源组合插座组成,在办公室安装地面组合插座,所有配线:干线沿电缆线槽、支线穿金属软管暗敷于架空地板内。装卸区办公室数据、电话插座、电源插座均暗装于墙体内,导线穿钢管暗敷于地面内及墙体内。 10.5 紧急呼叫系统 本系统由按钮、信号灯组成。在残疾人卫生间内安装一个报警按钮,按钮按下时,门外的报警灯点亮。 10.4 Integrated routing system The integrated routing system consists the major distributing frame in the electric room on the first floor office area, and the sub distributing frames in the first floor of the western area, cables and five sorts of the screening cables. The major distributing frame connects the sub ones with cables. The distributing system is made up of 5 sorts of cables and the assemble sockets of telephone, digits and power. Install floor assemble sockets in the office rooms and the distributing cables. All the major distributing lines should go along the wire casings, and the sub ones should be hidden under the floor boards after passing through some metal soft pipes. All the digital and telephone and power sockets in the loading area should be hidden in the walls and the wires are hidden in the walls after passing through some metal soft pipes. 10.5 Emergent alarm system This system is consisted by buttons and signal lamps. Fix and alarming button on the resting rooms for disables. The alarming lamp will light up when he or she presses it. 10.6 火灾报警系统 火灾报警系统由火灾报警盘、火灾联动控制盘,火灾手动控制盘,探测器及手动报警按钮及消防电话系统组成。 在以下区域安装自动报警装置:所有办公区、仓库、生产区、通道、通讯设备室等需要保护的区域。 当有火灾信号时,消防联动系统能启动建筑物内的警笛,同时能够自动关闭防火卷帘门,同时能够启动消防泵和喷淋泵,切断非消防电源。 消防泵、喷淋泵亦可通过手动盘控制。所有配线穿钢管敷设。报警盘及控制盘供电采用AC220V并配有4小时的备用电池。 火警盘的接地系统与建筑物的接地系统共用,接地电阻小于1欧姆。 门卫安装一部直拨电话,当有火灾时,直接与附近消防局联系。 10.6 Conflagration Alarm System The conflagration alarm system consists conflagration alarm disk, conflagration linked control panel, conflagration hand control panel, detectors and hand control alarm buttons and fire controlling telephone system. Fix auto alarm sets on these places: the needing protection places in all the office rooms, stores, producing areas, passages, telecommunication equipments rooms, and so on. At the time of the conflagration signal showing, the conflagration-linked system can start up the alarm sirens in the architectures and automatically shut off the fire controlling roller shutter gates. At the same time, it can enable the fire controlling pumps and the showering pumps and shut off the electric power. The fire controlling pumps and the showering pumps can also be controlled through the hand control panel. All the wires will have been fixed through steel pipes. The alarm board and the control panel are powered with a 220V alternating current and fixed with a battery to supply 4 hours emergent power. The fire alarm system board shares an earth system with the architectures. The earth electric resistance is less than 1 Ohm. The doorkeeper should be armed with a direct dial telephone to contact with the fire control station nearby. 10.7 电缆敷设方式 电缆 管理区穿钢管沿吊顶内暗敷,仓库区及生产区沿墙及楼板明敷。室外电缆直埋敷设。 消防 用电设备的配电线路当采用明敷时,所穿金属管或电缆桥架上涂防火涂料保护。 10.7 Cable Laying Out Mode Cables: In management areas they should be concealed through steel pipes along the ceilings. In store areas and producing areas they should be surface laid along the walls and the floor slabs. Outside they can be buried directly. Fire control: When the distributing cables of the electric equipments are surface laid out, the steel pipes and the cable bridges which they get through should be dressed with fire resisting dope.
